The Cross is the Power of God Gospel=“Good News” The good news is that Jesus died in the place of sinners, once-for-all, so that all who believe can have their sins forgiven, enter into relationship with God and have a new destiny with Him in heaven. To the unbelieving, the cross is an object of ridicule and shame, but to those who are being saved it is the power of God!

The Cross is the Power of God The Cross OPPOSES the Shame of the Gospel For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ The Cross OFFERS Complete Salvation For it is the power of God to salvation The Cross EXTENDS Forgiveness to All For Everyone who believes The Cross ABOLISHES all Man-Made Barriers to God For the Jew first and also for the Greek The Cross TRANSFORMS all Who Believe in Christ Alone

The Cross is the Power of God We have met to celebrate the glorious truth that Jesus is risen from the dead conquering death and hell. I urge you this morning to look to Jesus and put your trust in Him, Call out to Him this morning for salvation “Whoever calls on the name of the Lord will be saved,” Romans 10:13
