For the pain radiating into the arm Objective exam may find Positive dermatomes, brachial findings, Hyndman’s Test, Allen’s Test, Wright’s test, hyperabduction, deep tendon reflexes. 723.4 Brachial Neuritis or Radiculitis, Radicular syndrome upper limbs

For burning pain between shoulders Objective exam may reveal muscle contraction pain, positive vagus nerve & palpation of vertebral bodies 721.2 Thoracic spondylosis w/o myelopathy 720.9 Spondylitis

Objective findings for pain along course of ribs: Positive pain on palpation, reduced chest expansion, pain on inspiration, change in dermatomes. 724.4 Thoracic neuritis or radiculitis, unspecified 847.1 Thoracic (spine) Sprain/Strain

Objective findings for chest pain: Flattening of thoracic kyphosis, positive costovertebral palpation. Tenderness over spinous processes, pain on inspiration 786.50 Chest Pain, unspecified, discomfort

Difficulty in breathing Objective examination may show Thoracic regidity and reduced chest expansion 786.00 Dyspnea, respiratory abnormal

Patient may complain of Heart palpitation, arrhythmia or indigestion… Objective exam and observation, positive vagus nerve, heart awareness 785.1 Palpitations 536.8 Indigestion / Dyspepsia 553.3 Hiatal Hernia
