Elder abuse is a serious problem in our country and yet it is often under-reported. -Public neglect of elder people maltreatment -Mass-media using this type of news for publicity

People, especially the young ones forget that, once, the elder generations worked hard to make a better world for us.

A lot of people make fun and maltreat old people because of: - different ideas or looks - abuse, neglect or trauma in childhood - lack of education Causes
