MAJOR EVENT  The major event was the when the United States launched NOAA on March 28,1993 at Vandenberg Air Force base, California. COUNTRY LAUNCHED NOAA  The country who launched NOAA was the United States of America.

ASTRONAUTS WHO LAUNCHED NOAA  The astronauts at NASA was launched NOAA

MISSION  NOAA was the mission of telling us about the weather.

THE PURPOSE  The purpose of NOAA is to give us the weather.

COMPLICATION  No there were no complication during take off but we do not know about lasting because it is still there.

FACTS  NOAA means national oceanic atmosphere administration. NOAA gives us the weather and studying the climates, exploring ocean.
