“P.A.T.S” -What is it? Preparing All Teachers for Success. These sessions serve as a support system that for beginning and new / probationary teachers. This also includes facilitating means for developing mentoring relationships. Sessions that are provided each month focus on instructional support, and other key topics that are tied to professional growth for our new and beginning teachers at PHS. The goal of this program is to promote all of our teacher’s success. 1 st Friday of each MONTH!.
