In Poland

 Teenagers in Poland usually live with their parents. Sometimes they live with single parent ( usually mother) or with parents who is married again. Usually there are two kids in the family. The life of teenagers in Poland isn’t different then life of their peers in another European countries. They attends school obligatiory till the age of 18 but usually they learn longer. They spend their free time in the ways are popular in other countries,too.

 The youngsters usually they have good contact with their parents and they spend with them quite a lotof time. Although, the off springs often have different opinions then their parents and the arguments are also common. The parents in Poland are usually very protective.

 Most popular ways of spending free time:  - meeting friends  - surfing the net, social websites  - multimedia games  -listening to music  -sports  -going shopping

 Freedom and independence are the common topic of arguments beteween parents and off springs. Parents usually prefer overprotective and controlling model of bringing up children so teenagers try to change the rules. Usually boys can enjoy more freedom then girls because in common opinion boys should be more independent.

Nowadays young people have to face a lot of dangerous situation which weren’s so obvious 20 – 30 years ago like: -addictions like drugs and alcohol,nightlife - compulsory surfing the net, playing computer games - virtual violence

 The developement of modern technologies and access to the European Union have opened a lot of possiblities for young generation. They can plan to study abroad and to find attractive work,they have more contacts with peers from another countries. The off spring today feel more the citizen of the world so thats why their mentalityis differents then their patents.  But good relations inthe family are the base which give the feeling of security and strenght.
