On November the 16 th each year the Day of Icelandic Language is celebrated, on the birth of one of the most beloved poets of the nation – Jónas Hallgrímsson. On the occasion of this day, year 2002, there was an annual week of literature and poetry in the school. Following are examples of this week and on the last slide is a link to more detailed information.
