Despite the existing difficulties, "OASIS" has a good potential for further growth. Thus, we have the following actions: to increase the range of products; to expand advertising (prefer advertising in print media, vehicles, billboards); to make changes in the structure of the staff, in particular to attract new professionals; to improve the system of motivation of employees.

Pursuing a balanced pricing policy, constantly improving the quality of products produced by "OASIS" it has the ability to stay on the regional market, and increase the level of competitiveness in this market.

The overall strategy of "OASIS" is aimed at growth - expanding activities of the company by production dairy products. At the same time one of the major problems facing "OASIS" is the search for markets. In addition to the developed market of Dnepropetrovsk region it needs to find new ones. The company plans to extend its activity on the regional markets of Ukraine.

"OASIS" despite the current difficulties at the moment, has a very stable position in the market and has a good chance for further development.
