History Committee Objectives 1. Hold a celebration to commemorate the 50th anniversary of R10 in Plan the events commemorating the 50th anniversary. 3. Encourage R10 sections to propose establishments attained in each section for IEEE Milestones. Projects / Tasks (2-3 projects to achieve committee’s objectives) 1. Organize an ad hoc committee for the 50 th celebration of R Investigate the history of R10, the record of similar celebrations held in R10, for future reference. 3. Design the celebration project. 4. Spread the awareness of IEEE Milestones Project / Task Measurable Project 1 a.One committee member is selected from each R10 Council. b.One committee member is selected from the others. Project 2 a.Compile the history of R10, the record of similar celebrations held in R10, for future reference. b.Seek advices or opinions of experts, such as former R10 directors, regarding projects to celebrate the 50 th anniversary of R10. c.Publish above information via R10 website. Project 3 a.To be discussed in the set up committee. Project 4 a.Spread the information of the latest Milestones awarded in R10 via R10 Newsletter.
