 The effort of developing English teachers’ professional competence.  Policies taken by Government East of Java that selected 22 English teachers.  Teachers of Pre-Internationally Standarized Schools (RSBI) are sent to study abroad.  Sandwich Program at university of Malang and Angeles University Foundation

 Describing English teachers’ feelings, expectations and their perspective on professional development.  Giving questionnaire with three open ended questions.
