Weekly Objectives  Students will demonstrate mastery of vocabulary by completing a vocabulary assessment.  Students will demonstrate mastery of understanding an epic poem by means of a written assessment.  Students will write for a variety of purposes and audiences using the Standard English conventions of grammar, spelling, capitalization, and punctuation.
