This is our traditional roast dinner, we usually have it on a Sunday but we also have it for Christmas dinner (although it is usually turkey at Christmas time. The roast dinner consists of a roast meat (generally chicken or beef), roast potatoes, vegetables and some times a Yorkshire pudding.

The Cornish pasty it was originally created for the miners but over the years all people eat it but with the miners the is a little myth saying the miners who didn’t leave the ends of there pasties where followed by these little pixie things that follow the miners round making the mine rubbish(also the one thing you never put in a Cornish pasty is carrots that's a fact )
