University of Haifa 3rd year of activity Dynamic program to suit the needs of the individual students Employees are coaching students living in the university dormitories
2009 e- Week events Encourage school students to pursue studies in technology and science 1,252 of middle school students heard presentations by IBM scientists about the engineering profession In several large-scale events on IBM premises 87 volunteers participated in the program

Example I – “Lady Tech” A new program that partners college students from Israel’s Holon Institute of Technology with local high school girls
Example II - E.X.I.T.E summer camp The EXITE (EXploring Interests in Technology and Engineering) camps are week-long, summer day camps for girls Showcase career opportunities in technology and engineering Introduce to female role models Give hands-on experiences in technical activities that are fun, challenging and educational Encourage diversity
