 Recruitment  Develop network of key professors  Enhance presence in Freshman Courses  Partner with other Student Organizations  the College of Computing  the College of Computing  Hold GT-STARS Retreat  Team Building exercises  Develop unified message

 Connect Graduate researchers with Undergraduates interested in research  Graduate-Undergraduate teams prepare interactive demonstrations of their research projects  Monthly research demonstrations held at local middle schools with the focus of increasing interest in computing.

 Utilize summer camps to find promising high school students  Introduce incoming students to inspiring and supportive mentors and encourage them towards Graduate education  Develop peer affinity groups
