Westmont Summer Camp is a sleep away camp located in Pennsylvania. It emphasizes on individual achievement and personal growth and development. During the Summer, Campers spend 8 weeks participating in outdoor activities. The campers are between the ages of 6 and 16 years old. There are about 400 to 500 campers who attend this camp.

Matthew’s position in this camp

He was in charge of a cabin of about 10 kids. He was in charge of ensuring a fun and enjoyable time at the camp. He was responsible for taking campers with or who developed medical issues to the medical office.

What is Problem at this Camp?

A big problem was how to handle their medical data… All the medical records and data were in a paper-based form. The data was not organized at all. The camp managed the data manually.
