I will talk you about my sporting life…And how I see the things about athletes and sport.

The sport is life. I really like gymnastics and I occupy with sports and athletes. I thing that the sport is life and if I don’t do it, I feel unhappy and sick.

Gymnastic EVERY DAY! I involved with gymnastics every day. I go every day in the gym and every Tuesday and Thursday I have gymnastics lesson on school.

Teamwork. I do sport because I like to do it and I fell happy and energetic when I do it. Except than the sport is good for your health, also is a factor to play and cooperate with the other people.

My gym. I go on gym almost every day. I like the place there and I also met very people. At the gym, I do easy exercises because I am only fifteen but except than, it doesn’t good to heave lifting lots of weight.

The sports of the school. At the school, we have very kind of sport except than swimming. We have football, basketball, ping pong, volleyball, hockey, badminton and handball. Us school, is the best in the town. The best sport for me is the football.

The hours of gymnastic at the school. If someone ask my opinion for the hours that we participate on gymnastic, I will reply that there isn’t enough. I would like to have more hours on gymnastic.

Natural sports..!! Except than the gym and school gymnastic, I go with my friend for bicycle. We have the suitable equipment and we do kilometers with the bicycles. Also, we go for walking and for climbing to the forest.

The sport with the health. All this things that we said before (natural sports, the gym, the school sports and many other), there are good for us health. I think that the child from 7 years old, have to go at a sport club. This can be football club, basketball and whatever he want to do.

And final the healthy foods… How we said before that the sport is very good for us health, also and the healthy foods is very good too for us health. If we do every day exercises but we eat fast food and we don’t look for what we eat, we don’t do nothing. I say that if we don’t eat healthy foods, we cant do exactly the right form of the sport. I personally look for my health and I watch what I eat. I like the fast food as the other people but I do the best to don’t eat them.
