We will meet you on this extended battlefield -- together we will do whatever it takes... 2 Mission Who We Are Our Purpose Increase community awareness, individual involvement, and private sector participation by shining a consistent spotlight on the needs of Wounded Warriors and their Families in Leavenworth and the surrounding counties in Kansas and Missouri. A service program helping all Wounded Warriors and their Families in Leavenworth and the surrounding Counties in Kansas and Missouri; spearheaded by the Henry Leavenworth Chapter (HLC) of the Association of the United States Army (AUSA). Identify and tackle the most pressing, unmet needs of Wounded Warriors and their Families. Increase community awareness, individual involvement, and private sector participation. Sponsor our local Warrior Transition Unit, Still Serving Veterans (SSV), and similar assistance programs. What HOOAH’s All About
