Executive summary:- In our nation most of the peoples are depend on the agricultural business. In the current situation the selling price of the agricultural product is high but the farmers are getting very low price for their cultivation. So there is a big gap between the selling price and purchase price of the agricultural goods because of the intermediates. So we are going to solve this problem by starting this kind of commission agencies.

VISION:- To provide healthy and fresh vegetable goods at the cheaper price to the entire corner of the world. MISSION:- To reduce the farmers burden and to become the leading competitors in the market.

Process of the business:- We will work as a intermediates between the farmers and the wholesalers. We will collect the agricultural goods directly from the farmers field and we will sell that in the whole sale market. Then we will charge 10% as a commission from the farmers sales amount.

Strength:- -As a management students we can easily approach the farmers - More number of farmers availability. Weakness:- -We are dealing with perishable goods - No guarantee for continuous cultivation of goods. Opportunity:- -Perfect competition market - there is no legal formalities burden to start this business. - Tax exemption income Threats:- -Its very difficult to change the farmers mind set.

UNIQUENESS OF OUR BUSINESS:- -Normally the commission agencies are not providing the proper bills and accounts to the farmers. But we will provide the computerized bill for their day to day functions. - We will provide advance payments to the customers to meet their cultivation expenses.

Conti….. - we plan to give a wide range of market to the local agricultural products. - we will give suggestions to the farmers about their cultivation with the help of agricultural experts.

Marketing Mix: Place:- Around Dindigul, Madurai, Ottanchathram Head office: Gandhi market, dindigul. Product:- Agricultural goods on the basis of seasons. Price:- The price will be based on the demand and the cultivation level.

Promotion Strategies:-. we are going to give fertilizers and seeds and a low price to our customers.. we will give suggestion to the farmers about their cultivations with a help of agro specialists.. we are going to give advance payments to the customers to meet their cultivation expenses.

Business Structure:- Four wheeler Driver Load mans 2 Four wheeler Driver Load man 2

FUTURE PLAN:- In future we plan to export the agricultural goods to the foreign countries and import the agricultural goods to India. We plan to create a world level market to the local agricultural products.
