MSDs can arise from a sudden exertion, or they can arise from making the same motions repeatedly repetitive strain, or from repeated exposure to force, vibr ation, or awkward posture. Action level 3 : A score of 5 or 6 indicates that investigation and changes are required soon. Action level 4 : A score of 7 indicates that investigation and changes are required immediately.
