The Host owns the Tabard Inn where all of the characters are in the beginning of the story. He enjoys bartending. The Host: Bartender

The Host is a very likeable and popular guy who appears to be liked by all of the characters in the story. The Host: Popular

The Host is described as a strong, burly, and big manly man. The Host: Manly

In the story, the host leads the whole group and takes charge of nearly every situation presented. He even makes a contest that he is the judge of. The Host: Leader

In the story the host tries to resolve all fighting and just wants everyone to get along. The Host: Mediator

The Host is described as a loud and fun loving, merry type of person that is just happy and jolly all of the time. The Host: Loud & Merry

The Host may be happy most of the time, but if someone does something to set him off he can get angry very quick and it’s not pretty. The Host: Quick Temper
