Select your Identity (Non- ) Certificate

Click the Add Additional Application/Databases link

Enter your DCPDS Username and in both the Username and Confirm Username boxes, click Submit

Click the HR MyBiz + Army button

Click the Accept button

Click the Other DCPDS Applications drop down arrow

Click the HR Region Army link from the drop down
