Role Play: Volunteer Coordinator Situation: You are to assume the role of an employee of a locally owned small business. The business owner, your boss, feels strongly that his employees should be involved in volunteer work within the community. The business owner, your boss, is uncertain, however, about the best way to implement such an activity. Activity: As a team leader, you have been asked to meet with the members of your team to develop a proposal for employee participation in community volunteer work to present to your boss. Evaluation: You will be evaluated on how well you meet the following performance indicators in the development & presentation of your plan:  Develop project plan  Develop criteria for deciding which activities will qualify for the incentive  Explain the role of business in society  Participate as a team member  Demonstrate appropriate creativity
