Frequently Asked Questions How is the subscription period started/ended/ monitored? –Subscriptions start the day the DVD is activated and run for that year (so if I activated it today, it would run through Feb 11, 2011) Is there an activation deadline? –No. They can order the discs and wait to activate at a later date. Can schools turn off the subscription for the summer? –No. It runs for the full year from the activation date How / who is technical support? –Contact Instructions are provided in the DVD package.
