Issues faced by the company.  Job redesigning.  Job elimination.

How this plan will help resolve human resource issues that are facing the company.  Employees will be trained on skills and knowledge to handle jobs that will be redesigned.  The management of the company will come up with retention plan to help retain employees whose jobs have been rendered worthless due to the implementation of technology.

Other benefits of the plan  A more competent and skilled workforce.  Low employee turnover because of improved career advancements within the company.  A better managed workforce.  Achievement of the organizations goals.  High employee motivation and morale.
