SSCZO- Project Request Form or SJER RRF

Got it? SUP, SSCZO-PRF, SJER-RRF, KREW-CRF: What’s the difference? SUP is for NEPA compliance and to keep track of activity SSCZO-RRF is to keep track of projects and collaborators Used to prepare appropriate USFS documents SFER-RRF is to keep track of research at SJER All research is approved by SJER committee Keeps projects from interrupting other research KREW-CRF is to keep track of research within KREW Keeps projects from interrupting other research

How do I do this? Fill out any form (KREW, SJER or SSCZO) and send it to me. Then we can: 1.work on clarification and get everything we will need up front! 2.prepare and submit the correct form to the interested party 3.Work with UC Merced or other to get approval on agreements Blank forms, and some examples are located at: REW/Documents/Research_Request_Forms

Do I need a Liability Waiver?
