From Information to Intelligence … After some initial data collection and early discussions with industry, a basic career ladder for Industrial Maintenance Person was sketched. In order to discover if there are real opportunities in the sector related to this position and identify what kind of sector intervention is needed……..

At your tables, take 20 minutes and answer these questions: What would you like to know about this “career ladder”? Who (what) might have the answers? What strategies would you use to get the answers? Then, prioritize to report in plenary: Identify the top burning question your table has about this ladder, who/what might have the answers, and the strategies to use to get the answers. Then, take a 10 minute break before we come back to report in plenary.
