ICH Why capacity building? Lack of understanding of the different mechanisms established by the Convention Lack of human resources or technical know-how necessary to implement the Convention effectively Request from States Parties themselves to organize capacity building activities

ICH Regular programme for Excerpt from the 35 C/5: (…) the assistance given to States Parties in the form of policy advice and capacity- building (…) will also be a key priority, in order that the principles of the Convention can be put into effect at the national, and notably the legislative level
