Retail Development Programme It used to be a simple choice: go to university or draw a line at A-Level and get yourself a job. Now thanks to the Barclays Retail Development Programme you can have the best of both worlds. Benefits include: As well as your tuition fees being taken care of, you’ll also earn a salary of £12,835 Territorial allowance (if applicable) 21 days’ holiday during your time in-branch Pension scheme Employee share schemes Talent Attraction and Management Award 2012

Programme structure Cashier – 6 Months Personal Banker – 6 Months Operational Specialist – 6 Months Assistant Manager – 6 Months Branch Manager – 1 Year

Your Degree Nottingham Business School On this route, you will enrol on a BA (Hons) Business Management (Retail Banking) degree. You will spend your first year studying full-time in Nottingham and be work-based in your second and third years. We’ll cover your fees and pay you a salary in your second and third years. In years 2 and 3, you will attend two three- week study blocks which will take place in Nottingham For this route you will need to apply through UCAS during your first year of university at Nottingham Trent and will need at least 320 UCAS points. Lord Ashcroft International Business School On this route, you will complete a three-year BA (Hons) in Management and Leadership but be work-based and employed by Barclays from day one. So as well as paying you from the start, we’ll also cover your university fees for the full three years. Your study blocks will take place in Oakham and you will attend three two week blocks in year 1. In years 2 and 3, you will receive two two-week study blocks in each year. For this route you can apply to Barclays through programme You will need at least 240 UCAS points (from 3 A Levels or equivalent) and 5 GCSE’s grade A – C (including English & Maths). Deadline is March 31st
