FISH! For Leaders As leaders, trying to fix or control others doesn’t work. As leaders, trying to fix or control others doesn’t work. But when people see that you believe in them, they find within themselves the capacity to develop and grow. But when people see that you believe in them, they find within themselves the capacity to develop and grow. Effective leadership starts with caring, supportive relationships. The Origin of FISH! John Christensen visited the Pike Place Fish Market in Seattle. He was amazed by the energy, commitment and teamwork. The fishmongers created a world famous team by building strong relationships with customers and each other. John made a film, FISH!, to show everyone how to do this.
