REVIEW OF student’s academic assessment during P/T conferences, phone and written communication, and during progress report and report card issuance. PARENTS AND SCHOOL ADVISORY COUNCIL involved in developing school-home compacts which describes the partnership needed to achieve Kentucky’s standards. PARENTS have a voice in parental involvement budget. DISTRICT makes provisions for opportunities and participation of parents with limited English proficiency, as those situations arise. Memorial Elementary School Parent Involvement Policy Our Council recognizes our student’s families and local community members as essential partners in helping each student succeed. We commit ourselves to: Sharing clear information about each student’s progress with the student’s family.
