Use 9999 for “transfer” record – we will be adding the functionality to populate the optional fields for school name to display the actual school the record was transferred from (if desired, otherwise, continue doing what you do today) POSSIBLY considering adding the option to extract assessment scores for the XAP file Coming attractions

These will post with transcripts Use the new teacher number drop list to pick teachers – only use Primary Teacher Override field for all 8s or all 9s or PSO credit Transcript Entry – need to know

Session ID If Primary Teacher Override is used for SSN – it will be visible for anyone that has access to the transcript editor You can create a “long term sub” teacher and/or a teacher for each of the PSO schools and select that from the drop list each time – this will keep you from having to key the 8s and 9s and 7s, etc, each time Transcript Entry – need to know
