Development and manage all ministry buildings. Developing Quality of products and services.

Construction of buildings and facilities for the sectors of the Ministry Distribute service units in accordance with the population distribution. Development of the existing buildings.

Reduce defects and errors. Encourage innovation. Emphasis on teamwork.

Held meetings with the beneficiary sectors and find out what they have and what they want. Motivate members of the organization to participate and development.

The organization have special department for follow-up and development to: -- improve its performance, production and find alternative solutions. -- involvement in policy and procedure development. -- involvement in auditing.

On job training. held specialist short courses.

Every one on the organization feeling ownership through responsibility and authority and that gives the ability to perform and improve work

Contracting recently with consultative office to development ministry buildings in accordance with the requirements of the sectors. Encourage participation and suggestions from employees and contractors.
