On a blank sheet of paper, write at least one paragraph or more about your summer fun/reality/adventures. Materials: Blank sheet of paper, pen, Noble agenda, College Writing Binder and summer homework + proof (if applicable) Homework Assigned on Aug. 31 st & Sept. 1 st : 1 ) Map out Q1/Q2 Important Dates on your agenda 2) Get materials for CW: binder, 3 binder tabs, white out tape, thank you cards (reference syllabus)- will check in class 9/8 and 9/9 3) Read and annotate the article Importance of College Education by Jeff McGuire. Summer College Boot Camp & Extra Credit Summer HW: Attending boot camp is 10 points in the Applications Category Boot Camp College List is 25 points in the Work Place Skills Category Summer visit (extra credit) – A local visit (in Chicago), reflection with proof: 10 points extra credit – Any college visits outside of Chicago, reflection with proof: additional 10 points extra credit (total of 20)

Room Tour of 315 Chrome Books + Printers (314 & CT315) CW Binder Storage= we highly recommend you store binders in CW room. Why? Easy reference for counselors/less strain on your back. Supplies=Envelopes, staplers, hole puncher, etc. Copier/scanner in CW office (315) Back bulletin boards with important information Bins: Labeling coming soon (incoming students work, outgoing mail, counselor documents, extra forms, absent work, counselor documents)

Reminders Attend a summer college program? – Turn in your proof by FRIDAY to Ms. Greenfield so we can include on your transcript, and potentially you can earn enrichment credit! Check & clean out your ! Forward anything to your College Counselor you have questions about Fly out programs!!! Are you applying for QuestBridge?
