LGSTX Services Code of Conduct Basic Requirements All employees and board members must follow the code of conduct, as well as laws and regulations. The company is an equal opportunity employer. LGSTX is committed to creating a safe work environment free of harassment and discrimination. The company expects loyalty from all employees and board members. LGSTX trusts and expects that employees protect intellectual property and confidential information belonging to the company. Employee Responsibilities Employees are responsible to know and understand company policies that affect their job. LGSTX has a Zero Tolerance policy for anyone that harasses or behaves negatively towards someone that had good intentions reporting a violation of a company policy or misbehavior. Company employees that violate the code of conduct are subject to disciplinary action. 2

LGSTX Services Code of Conduct (Continued) Leadership Responsibilities All members of management are responsible for maintaining an environment that fosters company policies. All members of management are responsible for having all employees understand the code of conduct. Members of management conduct reviews and audits periodically to make sure that compliance is made for the Code of Conduct and corrective action is taken when needed. Code of Conduct Concerns and Application Any questions, concerns, or violations of Code of Conduct should be directly given to a manager, senior level manager, or human resources member. Employees are required to report Code of Conduct violations and can do so through management or by calling anonymously at 1-800-782-7463. This number is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Code of Conduct of ATSG subsidiaries are applicable to LGSTX employees as long as their Code of Conduct does not conflict with the LGSTX Code of Conduct. 3
