Presentation transcript:

© Tesseract Management Systems / Managing by Design / Change Management These slides provide an insight into why change can often be variable in its impact. It is in two parts – the first two slides provide a simple overview on the importance of balancing system and passion and initiates discussion on the pitfalls - the remaining six slides take a more systematic look at the pitfalls through the various stages of change, and categorises the underlying causes as catalysts and poisons. Please do not attempt to use these slides as part of a presentation until you have read and fully understood the relevant sections of the website, you know how each slide builds, and you are clear on the points you wish to make with them
