1.What software did you use? I used Microsoft excel for my spreadsheets 2.Why did you use this rather than something else? I wanted to make a chart and spreadsheet excel is the only software that can do this. 3.What are the advantages of using this software? You only have to put the formula in once then you can copy it and do not have to calculate it again. 4.What problems do you see the user have using your system? This software may be confusing for people who have never used it before and they may delete important information. 5.How did you try to minimise the problems? I have added validation and comments to help use the system. And protected the system to stop the user from deleting important formulas

Maximum Formula I looked for the highest mark in their marks (100 )and that is the highest under the max column (100 ) Explain how checked that this formula produced the results you expected?

Average Formula I looked for the average marks so I looked for the average so I added =15 15 divided by 5 =3 average is 3 Explain how checked that this formula produced the results you expected?

If… Formula Looked for the marks over 50 and then checked to see if the grades said pass any under 50 is a fail Explain how checked that this formula produced the results you expected?

Conditional Format If the grade said pass it should be shaded green if fail then red….. Which it does….. Explain how checked that this formula produced the results you expected?
