Explain why the steps we took to gather data on our performance were appropriate Testing speed on its own Peer mark model homework answers Reflect on why two other physical factors were considered strengths

Task Question.Explain the steps you took to gather information on a physical fitness factor Paragraph 1 (introduction) – Name the activity and identify the physical fitness factor you were gathering data on Paragraph 2 – Explain how you recorded your performance. Describe the game (think of the 3 key terms) Paragraph 3 – Describe the observation schedule. Explain what movements it assessed. That you assessed in time intervals. How did you complete it

Task Question.Explain the steps you took to gather information on a physical fitness factor Paragraph 1 (introduction) To investigate a physical fitness factor I gathered information on speed within the game of basketball Paragraph 2 To collect information I played in 3 games of basketball. The games were competitive but, fair and challenging. The game lasted 15 minutes. During the game I was video recorded by another pupil using an iPad. Paragraph 3 After the game finished, I watched the video back and completed an observation schedule. The observation schedule gathered information on the number of times I walked, jogged and sprinted. I looked at this in one minute intervals. I placed a tally mark every time I walked, jogged or sprinted.

Task In your group decide why each of the steps we took to gather data on our performance were appropriate. 1.Competitive / fair / challenging game 2.15 minute game 3.Video recorded 4.Time related observation schedule 5.Walk / jog /sprint 6.1 minute intervals 7.Ticks / tally marks
