Over the past year A commitment shown by both the CCG and Specialist Diabetes Team Service Specification developed Management are now sorting out the contracts and finance

We hope to …. By the end of the year we will have at least 3 Specialist Diabetes Practitioners. Have identified Lead Diabetes GP and Practice nurse in each surgery. A survey undertaken to identify surgeries needs. Set education and update sessions for the following year. Reduced the DESMOND waiting list
