P is For… Current Word: Passion Your Word: Passion Why? I decided to keep passion because I feel it is important for any endeavor one faces. For education, I believe we as educators must be passionate about our career and our goal in order to be satisfied and effective.

I is For… Current Word: Immersion Your Word: Inspiration Why? As an educator, I feel we have a role to inspire others. I feel we should do this positively and impact fully. I think our actions should lead and inspire others in all avenues of life. Also I feel we should be inspired by others to grow as educators.

r is For… Current Word: Rapport Your Word: Rapport Why? I feel that rapport is an essential element in all relations. As educators, I believe it is important to know and understand your students, faculty, and parents to be able to effectively work together for the greater good of the students.

a is For… Current Word: Ask and analyze Your Word: Assess Why? I think it is always effective to take time to assess what one is doing. As an educator I think it is important to take a step back and determine if things should have been taught differently or if something could be improved for next time. Also to make sure students as well as educators are achieving their goals.

t is For… Current Word: transformation Your Word: Transformation Why? I think as educators we need to transform learning and make it an enjoyable experience for our students. Also, I feel that we need to make the transition effective between our careers and also our personal lives too.

e is For… Current Word: enthusiasm Your Word: Enjoyable Why? I think it is important to love and enjoy what one gets to do each day. If you don’t like what you do, you will be miserable. As an educator, I want to enjoy every day that I have in this profession and allow my enjoyment to impede on my students so they enjoy learning as well.
