Dr Theo Gavrielides Dr. Theo Gavrielides is the Founder and Director of IARS and Founder and co-Director of the Restorative Justice for All Institute. He is also an Adjunct Professor at the School of Criminology (Centre for Restorative Justice) of Simon Fraser University as well as a Visiting Professor at Buckinghamshire New University. He is Editor-in-Chief of the peer-reviewed journals Ethnicity and Inequalities in Health and Social Care, Youth Voice Journal and Internet Journal of Restorative Justice. 2 Founder & Director of Independent Academic Research Studies (IARS)
