Indicator A description of the project’s objectives in terms of quantity, quality, target group(s), time and place. Indicator answers the following simple question What How much Who Where When And work on corrective action, if needed. Improves project outcome and report our progress to key stakeholders.

Indicator Reporting Quality of data helps to identify gaps and project monitoring. Quality assurance of indicator should be done at partners and CDC level before final submission to PEPFAR. PEPFAR CDC/Partners/MOH Report Collect Data Analyze Data Corrective Action

Indicator Reporting Most of the indicators are reported in % RTQII is rolling out in phases in each country Target for each phase may change. Target is setup with CDC, MOH and Local Partners For each indicator, baseline needs to be reported for May 2014 reporting period. Finalize data after data call

What we need to report? Activities are listed based on data volume Activity Reporting Frequency 4. Standardized Logbook Monthly 3. Proficiency Testing Quarterly 2. Human Resource Development 5. New Lot Verification and Post Market Surveillance 1. Policy Engagement Monthly Reporting: Data should be reported during first week of each month Quarterly Reporting: Data should be reported during first two weeks of each quarter

Human Resource Development Understanding Indicator Activity 1.3 Collect data for 1st quarter for rapid testing Number of individuals trained Number of training workshops conducted Number of individuals certified or re-certified by national certification program Number of individuals of certified or re-certified by international certification program for rapid testing Use this data as base line. Collect same data for 2nd quarter Report baseline and 2nd quarter data.
