An oak tree is a long- lived tree ( it can live about 700 years ). It is a symbol of strength and vitality. An oak tree grows in many European countries. The oldest oak in Poland is called Bartek.

Planting the oak On 20 th November 2007 the pupils from class Ia planted the oak tree in front of the school.

Our oak is small and powerless now, but in the future it will be really a symbol of strength and vitality.

We renounce hate, intolerance, and useless violence and we aim at love and knowledge that we are thaught by nature
