District & School Improvement Plans Efforts have been focused on ensuring all goals are measureable Data teams are utilizing many data sources to create and support their improvement plans (not just MCAS) All plans are aligned to the District Strategic Plan Data teams meet over the summer to assess and realign plans Data teams meet periodically over the year to look at benchmarks and monitor progress on goals
