5 PBS Implementation Checklist (PIC) Purpose: To provide a school-based RtIB team with a “snapshot” of the degree to which PBS is being implemented on campus. Tier 1 Critical Elements Tiers 2 and 3 Completed twice a year (October and February) Guides action planning steps and team activities
