DOLPHIN BAY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. SLIDE 8 Residents will notice the presence of BCSO deputies in the community at varying hours during different days of the week. They are here for your safety and security and will assist us in handling recent incidents of criminal mischief as well as traffic enforcement. They will also help enforce certain covenant issues such as (but not limited to) illegal parking and underage use of golf carts w/o adult supervision. Deputies Tim Adkins and Chad Roswell are excited about working in our community to make all of us that live here feel safe and secure. Please take the time to introduce yourself and thank them for serving our community.

DOLPHIN BAY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. SLIDE 9 Covenant Compliance Administration Committee: The annual campaign letter describes the schedule for property maintenance. This month our focus will be on lawns, bedding and continual rust removal. Your work towards helping make our community beautiful and maintaining our property values are greatly appreciated! We encourage you to visit the Documents page of our website, at to view the latest covenant documents. We have added a “Quick Reference Guide” of the Covenant Compliance interpretations for your convenience. Please feel free to contact us should you have any additional questions. If the issue cannot be resolved with a quick fix, contact the CCAC via with your plan to address the issue(s) at: If you feel a notice has been received by mistake, you may ask for an additional review. The CCAC will schedule a time to review the issue(s) with you personally. Our goal is keeping our community looking its best for the benefit of all. Thank you! We’ve had a lot of rain and everything is growing twice as fast, so please try to stay on top of it. It’s also an excellent time to address the rust stains. TRASH & RUBBISH: If you have trash or rubbish that needs to be removed, please contact Steve Edgecomb with Southern Landscaping, at to have it removed for a small fee.

SLIDE 12 FRIENDLY REMINDERS: GOLF CARTS While enjoying the use of your golf carts, please respect the traffic laws and note that children without a driver license must be accompanied by an adult at all times. PARKING: Please note that the parking of vehicles, boats, or trailers on vacant lots or common areas is not permitted. Rental space is available upon request for a small fee.

SLIDE 13 FRIENDLY REMINDERS: SPEEDING: Please watch for our young loved ones in the community, respect posted speed limits, and advise guests and children of driving age to observe our posted speed limits for safety. PETS We thank you for respecting your neighbors and cleaning up after your pets. In accordance with your HOA Covenants and Florida laws, all pets are required to be on a leash while outdoors. Pet waste must be picked up as well.

Also, please advise your children that any wheeled recreation is not permitted within the gates of the courts. We want to preserve this amenity as it was intended. Thank you for your cooperation. DOLPHIN BAY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. SLIDE 17 U.S. POSTAL SERVICE:  Outgoing Mail is located on the left hand side of the array of boxes and is marked “Outgoing Mail”.  Dolphin Bay has six (6) boxes for large packages and overflow mail. The USPS will leave a key to one of the boxes, if you have overflow mail or large packages.  USPS requests that residents submit an “Authorization to Hold Mail” form for residents that plan to be away for two weeks or more. Mail will be held at the post office until the date on the card or until you notify them of your return.  Thank you! Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
