Monday, October 20th  Trunk-Or-Treat  Date: October 26 th  Time: 2pm-5pm (with 1pm set up)  Our activity is a cookie decorating booth  Things Needed: sugar cookies (48 cookies equals a service hour), icing, sprinkles, napkins, and volunteers for the day of the event  T-Shirts  Design due by: October 27 th (any member is free to submit an idea)  $10 (will start collecting in November)  Charter Ceremony  November 5 th at 7:30pm  Need to send out invitations

Monday, October 20th  Holiday Cookie Sale (proceeds to Project Kenya)  Stone Ridge Holiday Market  Date: December 6 th  We will create a sign-up for this on a Google Doc which will be on our website within the next week  Things Needed: cookies, plastic baggies, poster for our booth, volunteers  VDOT Highway Clean-Up  Need to establish a day to volunteer and clean-up on our newly adopted highway  Sign-Up will be created on Google Docs before the next meeting to start getting an idea of who would be helping out  Leesburg Kiwanis Parade  Date: Halloween (6pm-8pm)  Get a raise of hands of who wants to participate. We would probably be walking and handing out candy.

SAVE THE DATE: October 26th  Trunk-Or-Treat at JCHS (Teacher Parking Lot)  Set-Up at 1pm, Event from 2-5pm NEXT MEETING: October 27th  All Member Meeting to discuss plan for parade, recap on the Trunk-Or-Treat, and plan our charter ceremony and get a volunteer list for ceremony set-up Charter Ceremony: November 5th  7:30 pm in the auditorium  Volunteer sign-up will be on google docs on the website so that we can get volunteers to help set up, bring food for a reception, etc.
