Executive Summary There were 100 jobs attended to for City of Port Phillip in June (not including regular weekly patrols) Total of 1,814m² of graffiti removed during June 2015 Square metres removed since 2013 contract commencement- 48,376m² Square metres removed since Feb 2012 – 61,843m² Decrease of 1% in volume of graffiti removed in June 2015 compared to May Average size of graffiti hit in June (not incl weekly street patrols) 18.14m² EGS received 139 run sheet job requests in June 2015 Weekly Patrol jobs during June – Carlisle Street –617 m2 - Acland Street – 105m2 - Bay Street – 305m2 - Marina Reserve – 90m2 - Luna Park / O’Donnell Gardens – 200m2 EGS Monthly Report June
3 Impact of Second Vehicle During the last 5 months COPP has engaged a second vehicle in Feb/Mar/Apr/May/June Second Vehicle has been tasked with the weekly patrols of Carlisle St / Acland St / Bay St / Luna Park / O’Donnell Gardens and Marina Reserve in addition to assisting with run sheet and urgent works. Total Volume removed during these periods 11,427m² Total Volume removed without second vehicle 8,328m² Monthly average without second vehicle 1,666m² Monthly average with second vehicle 2,286m² Engagement of second vehicle has resulted in a decrease of the number of hits and this has resulted in a substantial decrease in run requests for regularly patrolled areas. A majority of these jobs are smaller areas which have been identified during the extra weekly patrols.
