One Mitcham is a town centre project to rejuvenate market, shops & public realm...working with local councillors and leading to community being in control of regeneration and action Some activities - community members young and old into Action Groups to focus on things they're passionate about - 5 new entrepreneurs to access business support and start trading in Mitcham Market - Linked community action to training opportunities and local rewards that strengthens residents' loyalty to their high streets - Led on delivering the Mitcham Spring Clean, getting local residents to paint, plant and clean so that their town centre is spic-and-span for 2013 Regeneration

Noise Recruited and trained 8 Ambassadors in 2 communities suffering significant environmental injustice/inequality issues Gave local residents/community members the tools, skills and confidence with which to constructively call for/influence change Measured and mapped inequalities using GIS; developed robust evidence and action plans to encourage and enable local policy and decision makers to effect change Resulted in legal action being taken against source of significant noise pollution in Pepys and actions to address ASB in the LBB&D LAA and Marks Gate NAP
