The Story So Far……………………………… Late August individual landlord reports and interactive landlord report published by SHR By 31 st October- Landlord report to tenants published SHR will report on overall progress by the end of the year

Focuses landlord activity on services that are important to tenants and other customers Encourages a culture of involving service users in the design, delivery and performance of services Provides a set of consistent standards and outcomes which should be met for all social housing tenants wherever they live

To be able to get involved with your landlord in: preparing the ARC and Landlord report assessing whether the information reflects the service and standards given agreeing the content and format of the landlord report reviewing services and standards examining and scrutinising performance information and agreeing what to look at

To be able to get involved with your landlord in: examining performance in detail and asking for more information if required identifying variations in performance (both good and bad) questioning data and services in a reasonable and fair way Examining variations further Identifying improvements/changes to services
