KIDNAPPED By: Robert Louis Stevenson

David Balfour Alan Breck Ebenezer Balfour CHARACTERS

SETTING Scotland 1751 The House of Shaws

David Balfours’ parents die, so he goes to live with his uncle Ebenezer in the House of Shaws.

David is kidnapped onto a ship to be sold as a slave in America. He meets Alan Breck on the ship.

When the ship gets shipwrecked, David and Alan escape and travel a long distance back to the House of Shaws to make Ebenezer Balfour admit that he had David kidnapped.

Rating I rated this book 4 stars because it was adventurous but had little suspense.
